When going to school to become a lawyer and even before, it is best to practice research and debating skills because this is an important key to winning cases.
It is also important to listen, especially if you are a defense attorney and doing things like federal cases as well. An important thing to know is that you do need the education to become a lawyer. You need a bachelor’s degree although there is no preferred study as you can become an attorney by studying anything you like. Then you will have to go to law school and preferably begin to work at a law firm to gain some experience. After going to law school, you may start to study for the BAR exam, which is the exam to officially become a lawyer in the state where you reside.
