Rotational molding, or rotomolding, is a unique four-stage molding process. Instead of using pressure, which is typical in most plastic molding processes, heat is used to fuse plastic resin in a closed mold. The process involves loading the resin, heating and fusing the resin, cooling it, and finally unloading the now finished part from the mold.
